A.W. Clawson, founded AWC Insurance Services in 1984. He was inspired to do so after being an invited to a meeting on term life insurance. However, after entering the insurance industry, he discovered that there were more insurance options available that were juat as good. He learned that inusrance was the transfer of risk to a third party. Armed with this knowledge, he went out to educate his fellow citizens on the purpose and need for insurance. Why bear the cost of a loss when you can have a company do it for you, for a minimum fee per month? Even if we are financially wealthy enough to pay for loss, repairs and/or replacement.
